Oven Broiled Whole Wheat Tortilla Cheese Burger Wrap

Under 20 minutes to make with simple ingredients from your local grocery store.


  • Ingredients:

    • 1/2 lb lean ground beef

    • 3 - 4 7" whole wheat tortilla

    • 2 teaspoon light mayo

    • 2 teaspoon low sodium ketchup

    • 1 teaspoon Dejon mustard

    • 1/2 avocado

    • 5 large slices of hot and sweet pickle

    • 2 pinches salt, pepper, tarragon, basil, paprika

    • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

    • Avocado Oil

    • Avocado Oil Spray

  • Prep:

    • Turn on oven broiler

    • Turn stove to low, place pan on burner, add 2 tablespoon oil or use oil spray then add ground beef. Use spatula to break up ground beef and turn burner to medium.

    • Season with 2 pinches salt, pepper, tarragon, basil, paprika.

    • Take avocado, mayo, mustard, ketchup and pickles into mini food processor and mix until smooth.

    • Once ground beef is done cooking

    • Grab 1 tortilla, spray along edges with oil, add 2 teaspoon mozzarella, then 2 teaspoon beef, then 2 teaspoon avocado mixture.

    • Wrap up like a burrito and spray the outside of burrito with oil.

    • Spray a baking sheet with oil and place wrap on it.

    • Move onto the next, this should make between 3-4 servings depending on if a little more or a little less is used in each wrap.

    • Once all wraps are completed place in broiler for 1 minute, then flip for 1 minute.

  • Put on a plate and enjoy!
